Please excuse the ridiculousness of the following pictures!!! {Because seriously -- there is nothing goofier looking than a 34 yr old mother of 5 squeezing into her wedding dress from over a decade ago. Hahahahaha.}
At the beginning of the year, as Scott and I were formulating our "Dream Big" resolutions for the new year, I came up with exactly 2: Fit into my wedding dress by our anniversary and make some friends. And let the record show that I have officially checked off both goals and the year isn't even halfway over yet!
{Although "fitting" is a relative term. Hahaha.}
I was squeezed in like a sausage, but I got it to zip all the way up! Now if that's not something to smile about, I don't know what is. :) Hahahaha.

You should have seen the looks and laughs I got from all of the kids as they saw me posing for pictures in the front hall after dinner. There were a whole lot of comments like "Mom! You can't go outside like that!" and "People will see you!" Hahahaha. I didn't go outside {just in case you were wondering} but it was a rather fun little photo shoot. Because every now and then, dreams really DO come true. :) Hahahaha.

you look just as amazing as your wedding day!! that really is a great goal and even cooler that you accomplished that goal.
does this mean i'll never get anywhere in life since im such a lazy person?? blah!!! can we trade motivation/mental strength for just a week?? lets see what i could do with that! pow!

Love it! I went through a few months while on the crazy diet I had to do for Henry that I could fit in mine, and was quite pleased, but didn't think to take any pictures. You are looking great--it's pretty awesome how good it feels to accomplish a goal!
