Sneak Peak

I've taken a temporary break in painting the house {and cleaning it for that matter}, to work on my newest project -- a baby quilt!  My favorite kind to make.  :)  Here is a sneak peak at the colors and fabrics I'm working with to create the perfect present for my good friend's new little baby boy.

So far I've cut out all the pieces and used my design wall to work on the arrangement.  All that's left now is to sew it all together and start the actual quilting.  All this quilt work is getting me SUPER stoked for the quilting bee I'm putting together that will start next month.  I'm still trying to decide what to do for my month -- which is July, so I really need to get cracking -- but I've had so much fun browsing through ideas online via Pinterest and Flickr.  Stay tuned for more pics once this little quilt is finished!
