{Sock puppet from Ethan's puppet show talent with his Webelos Den tonight}
We had a rough start to our day this morning and we're having a rocky end to the night. Sandwiched in between were a few moments of wizardry {getting Grace to go to school after an absolute refusal upon awakening this morning}, productivity {grocery shopping is now checked off the list}, tenderness {Ethan coming straight over to give me a hug when he walked through the door this afternoon to apologize for his INSANITY this morning}, and entertainment {Ethan's talent show was the funniest non-comedy of the year, giving me a MAJOR case of the giggles during quite a few of the "performances" tonight -- it gave me flashback after flashback of every single piano recital I ever sat through with my siblings when I was a kid. Never once did we make it through any one of our performances without busting a gut.} All in a day's work, right? Haha. Now if only Ethan would just give up the fight and GO TO BED, I might finally be able to rest for the day. Goodnight and let's hope for a pleasant tomorrow!
