Jane's a Star!

Star of the Week at school, that is.  :)  Perfect timing for a Birthday Photo Shoot post for my little starshine.  Hahahaha.  In addition to the pictures, I conducted a quick little interview with Jane at bedtime tonight, to record all of her "favorites" at this point in her 6-year-old life.

*  Favorite movie -- Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2

*  Favorite special at school -- gym and art

*  Favorite flower -- chrysanthemum

*  Favorite subject -- math

*  Favorite book -- Biscuit books

*  Favorite leaf -- the red ones

*  Friends -- Katelynn, Haylie, Joey, Collin, Brody, Josie, Marina, Lucy F., Lucy W., Abby, Gabi, Samantha

*  Favorite thing to do {according to mom} -- start craft projects at bedtime

*  Favorite thing to do {according to Jane} -- play in the backyard with neighbor friends

And that's my girl!  I think the pictures really captured her whimsical little personality.  Hahaha.  She really is a trip.  She has a super sensitive little soul and really feels her feelings.  It makes for some rocky moments here and there, but we wouldn't have her any other way.  She is a treasure and we love her!  :)
