Well folks, this is as good as 2016 was going to get. Five out of six kids had a proper photo shoot documenting their age last year, and one of the six did NOT. We won't go into all the details of the failure of that photo shoot attempt, but suffice it to say that there was no POSSIBLE way I was going to be able to get Grace to cooperate. So I decided to just make do with what I was able to capture (which wasn't much) and move on. Forward, pressing forward, and all that jazz. Hahaha. I finally sent the pictures off to Walmart to be printed this morning and was excited to put them in their frames when we got home. The funniest part of the whole pick-up at the photo center was when the guy had me sign a copyright release on the pictures "just to be safe," since he thought they looked like professional shots. Hahahahahaha. I do have to say, that looking at those happy, smiling faces up there on the shelf makes me smile, too. Those kids! I just love them. :)
{I thought it was hilarious to compare Alex and Isaac's one year photos and see that they're wearing almost matching shirts. Hahaha.}

that is a whole lot of work, and an amazing accomplishment to get 5 out of 6 kids (professional, ya you right) photo shoots. But the reward is so worth it, these photos are so lovely. nothing better than happy (and cute!!) kids. congrats mama!
