Another month older and wiser, too! And I'm not just talking about myself. Hahahaha. Isaac is getting so big! It's always amazing and awe-inspiring to watch the growth and development from infancy to beyond. It's never not miraculous.
In the last month:
* Isaac has mastered pushing himself up from his belly to a sitting position
* Can now sit without face planting
* Has the fastest army/creeper crawl you've ever seen
* AND has figured out how to pull himself up to standing
He does't have any teeth yet, but he has entered the brave new world of solid foods and seems to be faring well enough. I will say that he seems to like real people food better than pureed baby food. :) His sleeping habits have become much better (at least while we're on our home base) and now sleeps through the night, with 2 naps during the day. Our summer time schedule and having the kids home all day long has thrown off the timing of things here and there, but overall, he's doing pretty good. Unless he traps himself standing up in his crib, that is. Hahaha. Poor little lamb.
He can pull himself up, but he just can't figure how to get back down. Nap time for the last few days has been problematic as he has stranded himself in a standing position at the start of each nap. I guess we have some NEW skillz to work on over the next month. Ethan was walking at 10 months. I wonder if Isaac will show him up... :)
