Pop Quiz with Hot Huez

Little known fact -- my favorite "game" to play involves asking deep and thought-provoking questions at odd times and in random places.  Scott LOVES this about me.  Hahahahaha.  J/K.  More like he good-naturedly humors me.   Grace, however, just might love the game as much as I do.  Hahaha.  Or at least she doesn't mind playing along.  :)

When I suggested giving each other a quiz tonight right before bedtime to see how well we know each other, Miss Hot Huez was totally up for it.  Possibly because she realized it would inch her past her bedtime, and what child wouldn't jump at the chance for that??  Haha. 

For those who haven't seen Grace lately, THIS is her new look.  She's a streaker.  Hahahahaha.  It's hard to see it in this picture, but she's been sporting a hot pink stripe in her hair for the last couple of weeks.  {Although, right after she took this picture, she switched it up and went blue. }  After completing our quizzes, we headed on up to finish the evening out with a slumber party.  Haha.  I kid, I kid!  Although, I will say that Grace is EXTREMELY chatty when it's time for bed.  I can hardly finish a sentence of what we're reading for the night without her interrupting to tell me or ask me something.  Her bedtime routine takes forever on a regular night -- what with reading Book of Mormon, then our read-aloud book, and finally her massage -- but when she realized after we were all done tonight that she still had a Time For Kids worksheet to do for homework, I ended up spending almost the entire night bonding with my Grace girl.  I'm a lucky woman indeed.  :)  

Stay tuned for some Christmas-y crafts I coerced the kids into doing with me today.  Let's just say not everyone was on board with my no-electronics-for-the-day edict.  {Spoiler alert -- I was the only one on board.}
