- Having friends at school shower her with gifts on Friday --
(She also enjoyed her requested picture bunting on the fireplace.)
(I love this picture so much!)
- Eating at a favorite restaurant for dinner --
(And we all know I enjoyed not having to make dinner.)
- Enjoying a custom made "Oreo Treat" cake, replete with a "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" theme --
(I obviously had to get these for our resident Oreo lover. Especially considering the only part of an Oreo that she usually eats is the middle.)
(Let the record show that I think this "cake" is so gross. It's crushed up Oreos mixed with melted marshmallows. And then covered (ish) with a top coat of glace icing. She liked it, though, and oddly so did Ethan. Hahahaha.)
(Look at that cute birthday girl.)
- Opening presents --
(Jane and Grace went the joke present route, as evidence by this "Cozy Critters" blanket that Jane picked out and the Barbie that Grace gave her.)
(And the piece de resistance -- I got her a special present in the form of a "Stitch Fix" box. She loved it.)
(Essentially, you fill out a questionnaire of sorts on their website and then a stylist picks out clothes based on your preferences and sends you a box of options. You only have to pay for the items you end up keeping, and a return mailing envelope (pre-stamped) is included for you to return anything you don't want. In essence, it's awesome. The perfect way to shop for clothes. Hahaha. And as a confession, I also signed up for Stitch Fix. [As has everyone else in the house minus Alex and Isaac. Hahahaha.])
- And essentially getting out of doing her chores all week long --
(I don't really have a picture for this one. Hahahaha.)
And there you have it! A weekend's worth of celebrating our little Super Muppet. ;) Time sure does fly.
