Spring Formal

Teenagers are...something.  Hahahaha.  They are simultaneously the worst and the best.  Having Ethan and Grace as my own little set of Bobbsey Twins is making for some exciting times in parenting.  I know they're technically NOT twins, but they're only 16 months apart and I tend to think of them such regardless.

Saturday night was a "Spring Formal" quad stake church youth dance and both Ethan and Grace ended up going.  {This was a momentous first for Ethan.}  As I dropped them off, I called out to them to make sure and get some good pictures for me since I didn't take any of them beforehand.  Well, Grace surpassed my expectations {which are basically at zero} and sent me a generous helping of photographs.

It's the lighthearted moments like these make the trying times a little bit easier to swallow.  ;)
