Thanksgiving Kick-off

I'm so glad this week is over!  The kids have the entire week off for Thanksgiving next week, and I am so looking forward to having a break from waking up early and getting kids ready for school.  Adding to the excitement of the holiday next week is an upcoming visit from the cousins.  To say the kids are excited is a vast understatement.  Hahaha.  For tonight, though, we kicked off our holiday festivities with an impromptu game night.  Bananagrams is always interesting to play with this crew and tonight was no exception.  Ethan and Sophie are both SUPER competitive, Jane just loves to be included with the big kids, and Grace likes to make up words.  Hahaha.  Her favorite creation this evening was "femu," which she insists was in the online dictionary even though Sophie kept telling her that the word was supposed to be "femur."
