Guys, we have some sad news. At some point yesterday afternoon, between 4 and 5 o'clock, Thumper died. We have no idea what exactly happened, but when I got home from picking Ethan up after cross country practice yesterday, I was met with Grace coming out to the garage to tell me the news. At first, I thought she was messing around -- because literally, she had just gone up to check on him after school to refill his food and water and he was alive and well (or so we thought). Once she started telling me that he was stiff when she tried to pick him up, however, I knew it was for real. It was really quite disturbing and sad for all of us. Poor little Thumper. He was so soft and fluffy. I just hope that his last month of life wasn't miserable. Rest in Peace little bunny.

sorry, i can understand the sadness. i was a emotionally detached to the remaining fish in the fish tank after my favorite died a while ago.
