Backstory

My entire day was made this evening when I discovered a notebook filled with "backstories" on all of the "exchange student" characters that Grace and Sophie have been creating lately.  Here's everything you need to know about "Maisiey Daniella Parks":

  • Her name (after several drafts) is apparently spelled "M-A-I-S-I-E-Y."
  • She has two brothers -- Jax Daniel Park, who is in 10th grade and has a girlfriend named Lexi Amilea Linton; and Colten Danny Parks, who is in 8th grade and MYSTERIOUS and always plays sports.
  • Her dad, Asher Luther, is an accountant and her mom, Hazel Wilson, is a lawyer; her dog, Espresso, is black/brown and is small, famous, and a rescue dog.  Hahahahahaha.

  • Maisiey Daniella Parks is in 6th grade.
  • Her best friends are: Paisley, Trinity, Serenity, Arwin, Bennett, Kaden, Mathew, Lukas, and Grace of course.
  • Her hobbies include: hockey (Wombats, #4); lacrosse (Pink Ladies, #4), figure skating (single, #1024, Coach Mel); babysitting; designing; and shopping, acting, singing.
  • She has an iPod 5 and her favorite apps are: Color Switch; Rolling Sky; Musically; Snap Chat; Instagram; Fit the Fat 2; Charles; Minecraft; oh and shopping apps.

  • Favorite books are: Wonder, Hunger Games, Divergent, Maze Runner, Echo, Percy Jackson, and magazines
  • Apparently she burns, not tans.
  • And her favorites are:  Color -- Blue/Purple; Book -- Wonder; Food -- Pasta; Season -- Fall; Show -- Victorious/Back Stage; Sport -- Lacrosse

Hahahahahahahahaha hahahahaha.  The level of detail is so oddly specific and over the top that it's amazing.  I love everything about it.  My top favorite things about this back story are that all the siblings' middle names are variations of the name "Daniel"; her rescue dog is famous; her quartet of girl friends are named Paisley, Trinity, Serenity, and Arwin; and she doesn't tan, she just burns.  Hahahahaha.  Those kids.  I can't wait to see what they come up with next.   :)
