Sunday -- January 10th. Two months old on the dot. :)
Thankfully, we've had no hospitalizations or colic or business trips or ER trips or any other kind of craziness going on. I mean, we DO have craziness going on, but it's just the normal, garden variety type of craziness that abounds around these parts. Haha. Nothing out of the ordinary. I will say that I think I've done a much better job this time around of not OVER-complicating my life while also taking care of a newborn, so I guess sixth time's a charm? Live and learn? Or something along those lines? Hahahaha. It could also be that we're just plenty busy enough now that the kids are all older, and I don't feel as much need to add more to our already overflowing to-do lists. Whatever the case may be, I do feel grateful that I've been able to prioritize things slightly better than I have in the past. ;)
Isaac -- 2 Months Old
12 lbs 7.5 oz (50th %ile)
23 3/4" (75th %ile)
Anywho, I took Isaac in for his 2 month check-up last week, and he continues to be a fine baby boy. He's chunking up and growing longer, too. In fact, his 0-3 month onesies are getting to be quite a stretch on him to snap! His biggest development from month 1 to month 2, is that he's smiling a lot more and has become very interactive. The kids love it and so do I. It's a pretty great reward for taking care of him 24/7. :)
As Grace would say, there's nothing cuter than a baby in a white onesie. :)
And there you have it folks, life is good. I'm SUPER tired, and I think everyone is finally all asleep, so it's time for me to grab some shut-eye before the baby wakes up to eat. ;)

I just love this little guy in his simple white clothes. Wish I were there to hold him while he's still so small.
He is so sweet, and I love that smile. I liked what you said about not over-complicating our lives. Why do we do that??????? Not necessary. You are a champ.
