Since I'm having a hard time comprehending the fact that we're moving in a week, I thought I'd post a few pictures of the fun we've been having so far this summer vacation. I'm way too tired and my brain is too scrambled right now to come up with anything witty or entertaining to talk about, so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. {With maybe a little speaking from me.}
Oh, these two. So much love.
Girls just wanna have fun, you know. Girls also just wanna insist that they need flip flops to decorate at summer school and then come right home and cut all those decorations off.
We really like to support our alma mater around here.
Ethan and Grace are thick as thieves at the pool these days. Especially since Sophie has been opting to check into the tot care with the little ones lately.
Finally learning to swim underwater!
Get ready for some action sequence shots. Ethan insisted I take them...
And here comes Grace...
As I was looking through pictures this evening, I came across these gems from exactly 6 months ago tonight. As you can see, not only do our children have terrible sleep habits, but they also look terribly uncomfortable while they sleep.
Hahahahaha. Thank goodness we are no longer dealing with THIS problem with Grace.
To close here are some pics of our future cheerleader, Sophie. This little firecracker was up almost ALL night long last night with a stomach ache. So that was fun. We're not really sure what caused it, but she did seem to be in some pretty severe pain and even stayed home from school today. And while the whole of last night was a joke {Alex and Jane were up in the night as well}, the funniest part of it all was how indignant and upset Jane became upon finding Sophie in "her" spot when she climbed in bed around 2. Hahahaha. Let's hope tonight's a better night.
Sophie was not overly enthused about posing at first.
{Excuse the terrible lighting.}
But then she got into the spirit of things! Hahahaha.
High V!
Low V!

Touchdown!
Tabletop!

And out!

That pool looks awesome. What fun for the kids (and adults, too!). And in true cheerleader form, Sophie puts a smile on her face and rallies for the cheer. ;) Hope you're feeling better, cutie.
