a full-on newsletter is just not gonna happen this time around...}

ME:  “How would you sum up 2015 in one sentence?”

SCOTT: “Come back to me.”

ETHAN:  “Scout camp and high adventure was a blast.  I don’t know –

you can summarize the rest of my life.”

GRACE: “It was squad goals.”

SOPHIE: “Well…”

ME: “Ballet School dropout?”

SOPHIE: “Yes”

SCOTT: “Braces?”

SOPHIE: “Yeah.  Bye.”

ME: “Jane what was your favorite thing about this year?”

JANE:  “The first day of school, because I got to learn stuff.”

ME: “So, school is your jam?”

JANE:  “Yeah.”

ME:  “Alex what would you like everyone to know about you in the Christmas card?”

ALEX: “Nothing!”

ISAAC:  “Squeak squeak squawk!”
