His teacher (who is a family friend) literally had to throw him over her shoulder to keep him from clinging to me in a death grip on my way out of his classroom, and even though I knew he would be fine once I left {which he was}, I was still surprised he was putting up such a fight. I certainly wasn't expecting him to give me problems this early on! Hahaha. Once they came in for Sharing Time, he struggled some more {as did Jane} and I'm beginning to think that my presence in the Primary presidency might cause more problems for him than it will help. Over the course of the next half hour, he told a couple different teachers to go away and that he didn't like them, he started spitting on the floor when they were gathered around trying to learn a new song, and the only way he sat through the last portion of Sharing Time was because Grace gave him some of her "Thinking Putty" to play with while he sat in his seat. Oh Alex.
I'm hoping that by next Sunday he will have gotten used to the idea of being a Sunbeam a little bit better, because if EVERY Sunday is like this, I don't know what I'm going to do!
{He had Thor in his pocket. In case you were wondering.}

LOVE the sweet pic with the girls. Lucky boy he is. :)
Lucky indeed. It's sweet to watch him interact with his sisters and vise versa- Grace especially.
